1. Droit de rétractation légal
Conformément à la législation européenne et belge, vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours calendriers à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier votre décision. Ce droit s’applique uniquement aux consommateurs finaux (non aux professionnels).
Exception : Ce droit ne s’applique pas aux produits personnalisés, aux produits scellés ouverts (ex : accessoires électroniques), ou aux produits ayant été utilisés ou endommagés après livraison.
2. Conditions strictes de retour
Pour qu’un retour soit accepté :
Le produit doit être neuf, non utilisé, dans son emballage d’origine, avec toutes les étiquettes et tous les accessoires.
Le produit doit être retourné dans les 14 jours suivant la notification de rétractation.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf en cas de produit défectueux ou non conforme (voir section 4).
Le client doit remplir le formulaire de rétractation disponible sur notre site ou nous envoyer une notification écrite à contact@auguidonvert.com.
3. Produits exclus du droit de retour
Les produits suivants ne peuvent pas être retournés :
Vélos et accessoires personnalisés (ex : configuration spécifique, gravure).
Produits scellés ouverts (ex : batteries, écrans, logiciels).
Produits ayant été utilisés, montés ou endommagés après livraison.
Produits vendus en solde ou en promotion spéciale (sauf si défectueux).
Pièces détachées et accessoires achetées en ligne sans possibilité d’essai préalable (ex : pièces techniques pour vélos cargos).
4. Produits défectueux ou non conformes
Si le produit livré est défectueux ou non conforme à la commande :
Vous devez nous informer dans les 14 jours suivant la réception, via contact@auguidonvert.com, avec une photo du défaut et une copie de la facture.
Nous prenons en charge les frais de retour et procéderons à un échange ou remboursement sous 14 jours après réception du produit.
Si le produit ne peut être réparé ou remplacé, un remboursement intégral (y compris les frais de livraison initiaux) sera effectué.
5. Modalités de remboursement
Le remboursement sera effectué dans les 14 jours suivant la réception et la vérification du produit retourné.
Le remboursement sera effectué par le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé pour la commande initiale.
Les frais de livraison initiaux ne sont pas remboursés, sauf en cas de produit défectueux ou non conforme.
6. Processus de retour
Notifiez-nous de votre intention de retourner un produit via contact@auguidonvert.com, en précisant votre numéro de commande et le motif du retour.
Attendez notre confirmation avant d’expédier le produit.
Retournez le produit à l’adresse suivante, à vos frais (sauf si défectueux) : Au Guidon Vert BVBA Chaussée de Wavre 354 1040 Etterbeek, Belgique
Conservez une preuve d’expédition jusqu’à confirmation de réception.
7. Sanctions en cas de non-respect
Tout retour non conforme aux conditions ci-dessus (produit utilisé, emballage endommagé, délai dépassé) sera refusé et renvoyé au client à ses frais.
En cas de retard de notification ou de retour incomplet, nous nous réservons le droit de refuser le remboursement ou d’appliquer des frais de restockage (jusqu’à 20% de la valeur du produit).
8. Bouton de rétractation en ligne
À partir du 19 juin 2026, un bouton de rétractation en ligne sera disponible dans votre espace client pour faciliter l’exercice de votre droit de rétractation, conformément à la nouvelle réglementation européenne.

1. Wettelijk herroepingsrecht
In overeenstemming met de Europese en Belgische wetgeving beschikt u over een termijn van 14 kalenderdagen vanaf de ontvangst van uw bestelling om uw herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, zonder dat u uw beslissing hoeft te motiveren. Dit recht geldt alleen voor eindgebruikers (niet voor professionals).
Uitzondering: dit recht is niet van toepassing op gepersonaliseerde producten, geopende verzegelde producten (bijv. elektronische accessoires) of producten die na levering zijn gebruikt of beschadigd.
2. Strikte retourvoorwaarden
Om een retourzending te laten accepteren:
Het product moet nieuw en ongebruikt zijn, in de originele verpakking zitten en voorzien zijn van alle labels en accessoires.
Het product moet binnen 14 dagen na de kennisgeving van herroeping worden geretourneerd.
De retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant, behalve in geval van een defect of niet-conform product (zie paragraaf 4).
De klant moet het herroepingsformulier op onze website invullen of ons een schriftelijke kennisgeving sturen naar contact@auguidonvert.com.
3. Producten die zijn uitgesloten van het recht op retournering
De volgende producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd:
Gepersonaliseerde fietsen en accessoires (bijv. specifieke configuratie, gravure).
Geopende verzegelde producten (bijv. batterijen, schermen, software).
Producten die na levering zijn gebruikt, gemonteerd of beschadigd.
Producten die in de uitverkoop of in een speciale aanbieding zijn verkocht (tenzij ze defect zijn).
Onderdelen en accessoires die online zijn gekocht zonder mogelijkheid tot voorafgaande proef (bijv. technische onderdelen voor bakfietsen).
4. Defecte of niet-conforme producten
Als het geleverde product defect of niet conform de bestelling is:
moet u ons binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst op de hoogte stellen via contact@auguidonvert.com, met een foto van het defect en een kopie van de factuur.
Wij nemen de retourkosten voor onze rekening en zullen het product binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst omruilen of terugbetalen.
Als het product niet kan worden gerepareerd of vervangen, wordt een volledige terugbetaling (inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten) uitgevoerd.
5. Terugbetalingsvoorwaarden
De terugbetaling vindt plaats binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst en controle van het geretourneerde product.
De terugbetaling gebeurt via dezelfde betaalmethode als die welke voor de oorspronkelijke bestelling is gebruikt.
De oorspronkelijke verzendkosten worden niet terugbetaald, behalve in geval van een defect of niet-conform product.
6. Retourprocedure
Breng ons op de hoogte van uw voornemen om een product te retourneren via contact@auguidonvert.com, onder vermelding van uw bestelnummer en de reden voor de retourzending.
Wacht op onze bevestiging voordat u het product verzendt.
Retourneer het product op uw kosten (tenzij het defect is) naar het volgende adres: Au Guidon Vert BVBAChaussée de Wavre 354 1040 Etterbeek, België
Bewaar een bewijs van verzending totdat de ontvangst is bevestigd.
7. Sancties bij niet-naleving
Elke retourzending die niet voldoet aan de bovenstaande voorwaarden (gebruikt product, beschadigde verpakking, overschreden termijn) wordt geweigerd en op kosten van de klant teruggestuurd.
In geval van vertraagde kennisgeving of onvolledige retourzending behouden wij ons het recht voor om de terugbetaling te weigeren of restockingkosten aan te rekenen (tot 20% van de waarde van het product).
8. Online herroepingsknop
Vanaf 19 juni 2026 zal er een online herroepingsknop beschikbaar zijn in uw klantenzone om u te helpen bij het uitoefenen van uw herroepingsrecht, in overeenstemming met de nieuwe Europese regelgeving.

1. Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with European and Belgian legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. This right applies only to end consumers(not professionals).
Exception: This right does not apply to personalised products, opened sealed products (e.g. electronic accessories), or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
2. Strict return conditions
For a return to be accepted:
The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories.
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products (see section 4).
The customer must complete the withdrawal form available on our website or send us written notification to contact@auguidonvert.com.
3. Products excluded from the right of return
The following products cannot be returned:
Customised bicycles and accessories (e.g. specific configuration, engraving).
Sealed products that have been opened (e.g. batteries, screens, software).
Products that have been used, assembled or damaged after delivery.
Products sold on sale or as special promotions (unless defective).
Spare parts and accessories purchased online without the possibility of prior testing (e.g. technical parts for cargo bikes).
4. Defective or non-compliant products
If the product delivered is defective or does not comply with the order:
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, via contact@auguidonvert.com, with a photo of the defect and a copy of the invoice.
We will cover the return costs and will proceed with an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund (including the initial delivery costs) will be issued.
5. Refund terms
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
The initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
6. Return process
Notify us of your intention to return a product via contact@auguidonvert.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation before shipping the product.
Return the product to the following address, at your expense (unless defective): Au Guidon Vert BVBAChaussée de Wavre 354 1040 Etterbeek, Belgium
Keep proof of shipment until confirmation of receipt.
7. Penalties for non-compliance
Any return that does not comply with the above conditions (used product, damaged packaging, deadline exceeded) will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
In the event of delayed notification or incomplete returns, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to apply a restocking fee (up to 20% of the product value).
8. Online withdrawal button
From 19 June 2026, an online withdrawal button will be available in your customer area to facilitate the exercise of your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the new European regulations.
